Easy, All-Natural Tarnish Removal Instructions:

• Cover the bottom of a glass baking dish with aluminum foil. It is recommended to place the dish in a sink just in case the reaction between the baking soda and boiling water causes water to overflow (though this has never happened to me).

• Fill the aluminum foil-lined dish with steaming hot water.

• Slowly add 2 tablespoons each of baking soda and salt (some recipes leave out the salt).

• Add your silver jewelry (and any other silver items you want to remove tarnish from) so that they are touching each other and the foil (it is critical that each piece touches the foil).

• Watch as the tarnish disappears before your eyes (actually, it is simply transferred to the aluminum foil).

• Remove the silver from the solution when it appears clean; this process should take no longer than 5 minutes.

Enjoy your clean, untarnished jewelry!
